We started business as National Telecom. The name was changed to National Telecom Systems in 1986 to more closely reflect the voice and data communications systems the company was providing to its clients. Time has been the test as voice and data have become integrated. With over 2000 systems installed, National Telecom continues the commitment to provide to its customers, the most reliable and state-of-the-art telecommunications systems on the market today, all at a total price dramatically lower than the competition.

We listen! No two telephone systems installed are exactly alike, because, no two customer's needs are alike.

At "National" you are never a number! Mass marketing and Yellow Page jumbo display advertisements have never played a significant role in the growth of our company. All of our customers are treated by our staff the same way, as in a close business relationship. Unlike, the big guys on the block or your regional telephone company, we never answer the phone with "What is your site location or system number please"? Instead, (our staff knows who you are) we address you by name and by company, a unique touch in today's impersonal marketplace.

Our customers come from three distinct markets. The government market is our largest segment. National Telecom has installed systems in over 120 municipalities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, in addition to Federal, State and County agencies. Our two other segments consist of non-profit organizations, including health services and businesses engaged in distribution, professional services and manufacturing. Our customers repeatedly choose us over competing organizations because we offer a higher quality of service and equipment to fulfill their needs.
